The build itself is a one-time fee. If you choose to self-host, there are no recurring fees to 4Voda. If you opt for managed hosting, maintenance, or security monitoring, those are available as recurring add-on services. You choose what you need -- there is no pressure to add services you do not want.
Yes. With the Basic Build, you own the assistant and can run it on your own infrastructure. We provide full documentation and onboarding to help your team manage it independently. Many clients start self-hosted and later add managed hosting as their usage grows.
We can discuss flexible payment arrangements during the quoting process. Typically, projects are split into a deposit at kickoff and the balance upon delivery. For larger builds, milestone-based billing is available so you pay as progress is made.
Each assistant is built as a standalone module that can be expanded. You can add new workflows, integrations, or entirely new assistants at any time. We scope and quote additions the same way we do initial builds -- discovery, scope, quote, build.
